sklep-cartexim„CARTEXIM” is a Katowice-based company, which has Bern in the market for nearly 20 years and is one of the largest importers and distributors of audiovisual equipment, applied electronics as well as safety facilities and alarm systems in Silesia.

Initially, as „Stanpol” and later as „Elco-Exim”, R.Stanisz, L. Stanisz, J. Kaliszuk S.C., the company distributed electronic subsystems and car antitheft appliances made by “Silicon”. Currently, as „CARTEXIM” R. T. Stanisz Sp. Jawna it shares with our clients the extensive experience in the field of products and services in the electronic sector.

Business situation before the New program launch – the difficulties

Before the implemantation of the Magneto platform, Cartexim was using a program that did not live up to the company basic requirements. The users faced difficulties when executing the basic operation such as the order placement which often led to the resignation from the purchase or forced them to call the sales representative. This generated problems and practically caused the failure of the online shop sales. The old system made it impossible to integrate with other sales-increasing ones. Additional problems included the lack of company information as well as the inferior graphic design.

Following the thorough analysis of the problem and having familiarised ourselves with the clients requirements, we reached a joint decision that Magento e-commerce platform, integrated with Allegro service, popular price comparers and electronic payment systems would present the best solution in this case.

The solution

carteximMagento is a platform whose correct implementation requires specialist skills. The first stage of our works involved the implementation of the system in charge of retail customers. The solutions we put to use produced outstanding results.

The adequate navigation syste combined with the product search engine make it easy for the customers to quickly find and compare the products of their interest an eden create list sof products to be purchased and share them with other sers.

In the next stage the sernice of wholesale customer will be added, its largest benefit being the execution of the complete order process with additional integration of the SubiektGT warehouse management system.
