The company ‘Doradztwo Kadrowe [Personnel Advice] Katarzyna Bielak-Kanigowska – WORKNET was founded due to the initiative of Katarzyna Bielak-Kanigowska in order to improve the activity and further development of the catalogue of services, realized within the personnel advice for companies. The basis of company registration was extensive experience achieved during the work in the best consulting companies as well as during the management in big commercial companies. Katarzyna Bielak-Kanigowska has a lot of experience in electronic business – she advised the companies while implementing IT systems supporting personnel management, among which were PKN Orlen, PLL LOT, KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. She also took part in the implementation of the programme Equal – the EU Initiative whose aim is to increase the IT competence of people in MSP sector on the Polish market.
Business situation before starting to realize the project
The feasibility of advice Project for companies is a long-term process because of its complexity and workload. The average time of project feasibility is a few months. Starting ‘Portal Pracy’ [Work Portal] will enable the parallel feasibility of less advanced advice activities, such as helping in preparing a CV or covering letters, support in finding a job, preparing recruitment actions, writing the procedures of competence assessment, creating internet campaigns for companies, the service of job offers publication in press and internet.
Solution
TA Group Team offered the company WORKNET complex help in the Project Portal Pracy WORK.NET. It included advising and business analysis regarding IT solutions as well as experts’ help referring to the receipt of EU grants.
In the beginning, we described the technologies for building a portal, vital financial resources, we also verified the business model of a company. After accepting the solutions by the customer, the pre-contract was signed. It included the division of responsibilities for all teams of TA Group. On its basis the Team of Business Analysts formed the analysis of project bases (that means the analysis of needs and visions). Technical and Creative IT Department defined the frame assumption of technology. Later, we showed our customer the concept of the Project which established a lot more than creating a normal work portal. The improved version includes the world’s trends giving them, for instance, the possibility of creating video presentations of recruiting companies.
The description of the Project and matter-financial harmonogram co-created by the Technical and IT Creative Department included in its motion the Team of experts responsible for receiving EU grants. We also cared for the proper handing of documents, we also helped our customer in the stage of its assessment (answers for assessors’ questions in the stage of formal and meritorical assessment).
Thanks to the creativity of our IT specialists and extensive experience of the Team responsible for receiving EU grants, the company WORKNET got an EU grant for the realization of the portal.
