Let us remind, that SCRUM is a methodology of conducting projects, defining roles in the team and organizing product development which lets reduce the total cost of developing, maintaining and supporting IT systems. Full methodology and the SCRUM definition were formalized by Ken Schwaber in 1986. Since then it became one of the most popular methodologies, applied in the IT industry and others.
