Representatives of TA Group took part in training, exploring secrets of agile SCRUM methodology.
We well know how important is labor organization, therefore from the beginning of our activity we apply agile SCRUM methodology in our company. Now, we decided to formalize our knowledge and experience. A participation in training, preparing to Professional Scrum Master was the first step. We hope that soon we will be able to show recalled certificate.
SCRUM is a methodology of conducting projects, defining roles in the team and organizing product development. Full methodology and the SCRUM definition were formalized by Ken Schwaber in 1986. Since then it became one of the most popular methodologies, applied in the IT industry and others.
