We design and implement systems tailored to the client tasks, with the client active involvement in the entire process.

We believe in the functionality of our solutions therefore one of the stages in the process involves detailed design of the information architecture.
Upon client request, we train the personnel thus enabling the effective work with the newly implemented tool.
Project realisation:
I. Analysis stage
The collection and thorough analysis of the clients business expectations are the key success factors, therefore the initial stage involves interviews with the client’s staff. Having analyzed the collected data, we establish, i.a. the requirements of the future users, underlying business processes which are supposed to be supported by the system , and the system requirements
II. Technical design
Following the verification and approval of the analysis results, we develop the technical design. Combined with the analysis made, it will enable the determination of the possibility of using market-available elements and will help to establish own elements of the system. The design includes, i.a. the efficacy, system-adapted technologies list, security, system-required infrastructure and components, communication protocols as well as limitations and security
III. Usefulness design (information architecture design)
This design aims at he collection of the information concerning the user requirements as well as the determination of the strategically important areas of interactions with other users. At this stage , we also run the competition analysis in terms of the applied solutions and usefulness. This stage results in the creation of the contents structure, navigation and application screens.
IV. Service construction (implementation)
The system is created on the basis of the so called scrum methodology, enabling the fast implementation of the system initial version. By creating the system in the following, the client can participate in its creation. At this stage, the hardware infrastructure is also prepared for implementation.
V. Solution implementation
The last stage involves beta-testing on the basis of which we eliminate faults if necessary. We also carry out the usefulness audit of the ready solution and make the project available for the end users.
