Thanks to using the system of bar codes there is no need to fill in or collect any documents or papers. The system automatically prints everything. Service stickers are printed in thermo transfer technique, that’s why they guarantee convenience and readability. Giving away the equipment is limited to reading one code from the piece which is given to the customer. The staff of this service does not have to write any contracts – they can only read the bar codes of the products to rent, define the number of days and the system will print a ready contract. It also enables to create the database of customers and cares for good relationship with them, informing about the end of service via short messages SMS or e-mails. The database of the equipment allows to check the history of service, how many times and how long for the equipment was rented.
Thanks to RentalManager the reservation system is also very easy – it is limited to reading the bar codes of products and defining the period of reservation. The system warns against renting the booked equipment.
The system of reporting creates the statistics for a chosen period. Therefore, it is possible to check which products or sets are rented most often or define how much a given product ‘earned’. Moreover, RentalManager allows to prepare daily reports of income, income in a given period of time, service reports or the reports of best customers.
